Terms and Conditions for Legacy Live Web (Pty) Ltd – BrandMe


1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1. By accessing and using the services provided by Legacy Live Web (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

2.1. The Company provides website development, managed hosting, and coaching services under the brand name “BrandMe.”

2.2. The services provided may include, but are not limited to, website development, website hosting, coaching calls, and other related services. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in separate agreements between the client and the Company.

2.3. The Company may, at their own discretion make use of 3rd party service providers but is no less responsible for the quality of the product or service received by the client.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1. Payments for services can be made in USD via PayPal or in ZAR via PayFast.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services.

4.2. Clients are responsible for any further development, modifications, or content changes on their websites after they have been approved and published by the Company, by using their free development hours, at their own cost, or at the Company’s hourly rate.

4.3. The client is responsible for any subscription payments related to this product and websites may be suspended or modified in any way and emails suspended after 7 days of non-payment. After 14-days of non-payment both email and website data may be deleted.

4.4. Client’s may cancel their services with the Company at any point in time. If they cancel after 12 consecutive months of maintaining a specific product package they may migrate any or all of their data to any service provider of their choice at the Company’s expense. 

5. Client Dashboard

5.1. Clients will have access to a client dashboard where they can manage support tickets, accounts, and other related activities.

6. Uptime Guarantee

6.1. The Company offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for websites created by the Company. Clients who make modifications to their websites may forfeit this guarantee.

7. Customer Support

7.1. Customer support is available through various channels, including online chat, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and support tickets. Live support is available during office hours (07:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, UCT +2), excluding South African public holidays. All other communications will receive a response within one working day.

8. Paid Plugins

8.1. Clients who have websites built on WordPress may have access to certain paid plugins. The availability and terms of use of these plugins will be outlined in separate agreements.

9. Address

9.1. The Company’s address is as follows: Legacy Live Web, 5 Villa Rochelle, Bloemfontein 9301, South Africa.

10. International Clients

10.1. Clients may be from anywhere around the world. All transactions and communications will be conducted in accordance with South African laws.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
