There are no hidden fees but you might want to upgrade certain services:

You have 2GB storage per email. You can upgrade this to 10GB for emails and an additional 5GB cloud drive for a once-off fee of R500 per email, or R1 500 for 25 GB email storage and 50GB cloud storage.

If you use up your 4 hours of free advanced custom development support per month you can purchase additional hours at R400 per hour (which is half of our standard price).

After your order you will receive an immediate email with the following:

• A 10min questionaire
• A booking link to book a Zoom meet with your designated customer champion.
• A booking link to book your private business coaching session.
• Access details for your customer support portal

During your Zoom session one of our staff members will purchase and setup your domain and emails based on the information you provide.

After completing the questionaire and Zoom meeting we will have everything we need to design your website for you.

The first draft of your website will be ready for review within 3-10 business days.

You will have the opportunity to suggest changes until you are satisfied. Minor changes take 24 hours to implement. Once you are satisfied we will make your website public.

Yes! You can do whatever you want with your website once it is live. You may find our Senior Developer team very helpful in helping you to improve the funcionality of your website.

We do have upgraded exclusive packages available that include ecommerce functionality, marketing, networking opportunities, more emails, and much more.

After a year of being with us, if you would like to change service providers (which none of our clients have ever requested), we will gladly migrate your data for you free of charge

You can request access to your website builder and you are welcome to make any changes you choose.

For security reasons you will not have access to the server itself and you will not be allowed to modify the plugins that are installed but what you can do is change the design and content of your website. 

The page builder we use is WordPrees and you will have access to some of the best paid plugins available: Elementor Pro, ElementsKit Pro, MetForms Pro, and Amelia Bookings (all very expensive if you were to pay for them yourself).

Please note that our 99.9% uptime guarantee is void after you have made any custom changes to the website.

Unfortunately, if your payment is 7 days late we will take your website down and suspend your emails until payment is made. If you resume payments within 2 months you will not lose any old emails or website data.
